(Bourbon Barrel-Aged Russian Imperial Stout)

12.5% ABV, 42 IBU

Perhaps the most special beer we’ve ever produced. We took a small portion of our 4th Anniversary Cherenkov and aged it for 12 months in four roses barrels, then took an even smaller portion of that batch and aged it in Heaven Hill Barrels for an additional 12 months. The result is a deeply complex and intense brew with aromas and flavors of fine spirits, figs, leather, and oak with a hint of warm mocha at the finish.
